For the sake of form without liability: Huangdi Neijing on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which
could date from the year 722 BC and is addressed in the existing writings "Book of Han" (year 111
AD), refers to knowledge about the Massage under the Yellow Emperor 2700 BC.
The simplest explanation of the massage origin: A painful arm hit and you will rub it automatically.
Massages were therefore carried out before humans came into being. Because in massage we are
also talking about instinctive behavior as well.
Below is a quote from Franz Kirchberg, which we translate to English as follow:
"Just as every human being instinctively rubs or presses a swollen and therefore painful or bruised
part of his body in an attempt to relieve the pain caused by the tension, so this instinctive remedy
will probably also have been used as a remedy at all times."
